Wd My Passport Mac Driver

Exactly the same here! Connecting the drive doesn’t “do anything”, i.e. Results in no mounted volumes. SmartWare either doesn’t show the drive at all, or reports that “no writable SmartWare partition was found”. Running Windows 7 (both 64 & 32) - locked with SmartWare, volumes are NTFS, connected via FW800 and tested w/ USB as well. Unlocked successfully, but nothing was mounted.

Now SmartWare claims that the drive isn’t locked. Should probably submit a ticket, but I thought I’d chime in, as it’s a bit bizarre that others have experienced similar issues in the past few days.edit. Apparently got My Passport HD mixed with My Passport Studio - if it’s just a regular, non-SmartWare drive, these are probably unrelated. Powered by, best viewed with JavaScript enabled.
